ILFS is one of the leading infrastructure development and finance companies in India. Apart from other smaller projects in the space of SEZs, Residential projects, and Commercial projects, etc. the Bhartiya group, through BUILDCO, is currently undertaking two large township projects in the state of Karnataka, and the city of Bangalore, the silicon valley of India. The projects entail a built up space of over 60 million square ft, and an end value exceeding USD 5 billion spanning over ten years of construction and sales.
